I’m so aware how busy we all are in this crazy world – so I’m realistic and I show you how you can use body-based techniques in a way that will fit in with your schedule. I specifically guide you through some techniques through the course, so you can decide what works best for you, as I’m painfully aware there isn’t time to do everything!

But will body-based techniques really help me?
