Hi there, I'm Alexandra!
I know what it is to be stuck in the storm. Battered by the metaphorical elements. Scared that it'll go on forever. Lacking hope for the future.
I know what it is to lead through the storm. Showing up at work consistently. Growing as a leader. Achieving successes and promotions, even while I felt that my life was in free fall.
And I know what it takes to Sing After The StormTM, to journey to the other side and thrive again. I grew in confidence to take the helm. I learned to trust, to figure out the next step I needed to take even when the whole path ahead was unclear.
