I’m Alexandra Walker – life coach, author and musician.

I have journeyed to the other side of my own perfect storm.

It was perfect in the traditional sense that several tough things happened at the same time, making me feel that my life was spiralling into chaos.

But I see now that it was also perfect because every element of my storm has contributed to the reinvigorated person I am today. I can finally describe myself as a Damsel Not In Distress, singing after the storm!

None of this is easy. If you’re emerging from a storm, you may find that it’s robbed you of your calm, stripped you of your confidence. Things which held meaning for you before the storm and gave you purpose may feel insipid and tired now.

But the beautiful truth is that you can regain all these things – in fact, you can deepen your inner calm and confidence, and discover new callings which only make sense in the context of your storm. You too can sing after the storm!
